Exhibits
Something as simple as a two-dimensional exhibit board can greatly help juries understand a case. In fact, studies have shown that jurors' retention and comprehension are at 55-70 percent when the presentation is both oral and visual. Studies have also shown that visual presentations decrease the length of the trial from 33-50 percent.

TMC can create exhibit boards in any size you want, from 8X11 inches to 36X50 inches. Exhibit boards are easy, quick and inexpensive to produce.
EXHIBITS
  • Allows you to keep up in front of courtroom for extended periods of time
  • No technology involved
  • Allows litigator to make quick changes in strategy during mediation or trial

Exhibit boards can depict:

    • Photos
    • Timelines
    • Documents and callouts
    • Deposition callouts
    • Complex illustrations
    • Checklists
    • Animation still shots
    • Video still shots
    • Medical illustrations
    • Two-dimensional models
    • Life-size medical illustrations
    • Organization charts

Combined with other media types, such as video, they create a comprehensive presentation. Exhibit boards are used in both trials and settlement hearings.

Two-dimensional, Interactive Exhibit Boards
Exhibit boards do not have to be static. TMC can create boards with moving parts to assist you in your demonstration. We also produce magnetized boards to reposition and add items during testimony. The ability to move parts ensures accuracy during testimony.

Another interactive way to use exhibit boards is to have us laminate them for writing.

For example, attorneys use laminated boards as a calendar to fill in events during testimony from several witnesses. Exhibit boards can remain in the courtroom for extended viewing and can be in the jury room during deliberations.
